• How to schedule an appointment

    • I often get asked, “Which service should I schedule?”  For most bikes, either the Sport or Performance service packages are appropriate. The primary difference between the two is the level/depth of drivetrain (chain, cassette, derailleurs, crankset) service.

      • Is your bike fairly new and the components that make up the drivetrain relatively clean? Schedule the Sport Tune.

      • Is your bike older, with worn and/or excessively dirty drivetrain components? Schedule the Performance Tune.

    • Do you cycle more than 1500 miles or 100 hours annually? In addition to an annual service you should consider one of our Performance Overhaul packages. These are designed for the specific needs of either road or mountain bikes. This service strips the bike down to the frame and rebuilds all systems to include: hubs, headset, bottom bracket, brakes, and drivetrain components. This is a great service to schedule off season.

    • Once you have determined which service(s) is best for your needs click on the tile. From there pick an available date and time to schedule your service appointment. You will receive an email confirmation once the service has been booked.

    • On the day of your service appointment Pedalin’ Fools will arrive at your location. You may carry on with your day while your bicycle is professionally serviced.

    • The service(s) that is scheduled is based on your assessment of your bicycle service needs. Pedalin’ Fools will provide a thorough estimate on site before any work begins. Parts and additional labor are extra.

  • *Minimum site visitation fee

    • Pedalin’ Fools has a minimum site fee of $50. We realize that your bike may not need one of our comprehensive service packages so Pedalin’ Fools offers a wide range of a la carte services.  A la carte services can be combined to meet the minimum service fee. A la carte services can also be added to one of our service packages at a 50% off rate. For example: if you schedule a Sport Tune and you need a flat repair as well, the labor for the flat repair would be $5.00 as opposed to $10.00.

  • Mileage fee

    • Pedalin’ Fools offers a 15 mile service radius included in all of our service fees. We will travel as far as 30 miles with a round trip mileage fee of $.50/mile from mile 15 to your location and back to mile 15.
