Ebike policies and proceduts

Pedalin’ Fools provides last mile service for the following brands:  Lectric ebikes, RAD ebikes, Ford ebikes, AMG/McClaren, Priority Bicycles, Xtracycle, Vvolt , and Brilliant Bicycles

If your ebike is not one of these brands, we are able to provide diagnostic services. As well, we will service any of the mechanical aspects of your bike. We will not be able to acquire the parts needed to repair your electronic components, you will need to contact the manufacturer.

A note on RAD ebikes: RAD was recently purchased and will most likely be revived. Rumor has it that they will now be produced in America, using foreign and domestic parts. We have been a RAD service provider in the past, and will still service the mechanical aspects of your bike, but it may be difficult to obtain parts.

We will not provide any service for RAD models that are affected by the CPA recall.

Pedalin’ Fools will ONLY work on Class I, II, III ebikes.

We will not provide any service for beyond category ebikes, or escooters.
