Cancellation Policy

1. Must have a valid licence or learner’s permit, and a credit card (cc will be checked for balance to cover replacement cost) to rent any ebike or standard bike. 2. Renters are 100% responsible for bikes, while they are in their possession. 3.All Pedalin' Fools Adventures rental equipment is intended to be used on the local trail network and surrounding communities, ONLY! They are not transported out of the area. 4. Pedalin’ Fools rental ebikes and standard bikes are intended to be operated in a safe, responsible and respectful manner on all of our local rail trails and public roads. You are responsible for knowing and following the rules and regulations of these networks. 5. According to Massachusetts State Law: no one under the age of 16 may operate an ebike; as well, they require all operators to possess a valid learner’s permit or license. Pedalin’ Fools will abide by the laws of the State where it concerns ebike usage. 6. All bikes come with a helmet and lock. A helmet must be worn at all times when operating a Pedalin’ Fools rental ebike or standard bicycle. 7. The rental period begins when bike(s) and riders(s) leave the parking lot, and ends when bike(s) and riders(s) return to the parking lot. 8. Any bike that is returned more than 10 minutes after it is due will be charged an additional hour, or subsequent time period (charged at the one hour fee). 9. In the event of a malfunction or flat tire, please call the 800 number that is on every bike, we will send someone out for assistance. Pedain’ Fools will either refund the portion of your rental that has not been used, or comp that portion on your next visit. 10. The above statement does not cover crash/replacement damage due to abuse and/or misuse of any Pedalin’ Fools rental bike. You are 100% responsible for the ebike/bike while it is in your possession. Any damage due to misuse or abuse will be the responsibility of the renter.
